Limited Warranty Statement

1. Overview

ChargeSys LLC ("ChargeSys") warrants to the purchaser, and any subsequent owner of the product, that ARMORCELL™ CIGS Thin-Film Solar Kit products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions, for the periods set forth in Section 2 below. This is a parts-only, limited warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, lost time, or any consequential costs of any kind.

2. Coverage

Coverage periods begin on the original date of purchase and vary by component type as follows:

Note: Victron SmartSolar MPPT controllers included in permanent installation kits (ACV series) are warranted under Victron Energy's own manufacturer warranty, administered separately by Victron. ChargeSys will assist the purchaser in initiating a Victron warranty claim where applicable.

3. Covered Components

During the applicable warranty period, ChargeSys will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any covered component found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship. All warranty claims are handled directly by ChargeSys. Covered items include:

• ARMORCELL™ CIGS thin-film solar panel (all SK and SP series SKUs) — structural integrity and electrical output defects. Power output degradation in excess of 2%/year from rated Pmax (measured at STC: 1000 W/m², 77°F, AM=1.5), absent physical impact or damage, is considered a defect.
• Victron SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers supplied in ACV permanent kits — electrical failure under normal operating conditions (subject to Victron's manufacturer warranty terms).
• Wiring harness, MC4 extension cables, and 10A inline fuse — defects in materials or assembly.
• Circuit breakers (CB-025M, CB-040M) — failure to operate within rated specifications.
• Roof covers (RC3101, RC3201), pass-through grommets, and mounting hardware — defects in materials or construction.
• Bluetti power stations and accessories (BLU-xx series) — subject to Bluetti's manufacturer warranty terms; ChargeSys will facilitate the claims process.

Upon approval of a warranty claim, ChargeSys will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies: repair of the defective component, replacement with the same or equivalent component, or a partial or full refund. The remedy provided will reflect the age and documented use of the product at the time of the claim. The purchaser is responsible for all labor, shipping to ChargeSys, and installation costs. ChargeSys will cover ground return shipping of any replacement part to addresses within the contiguous United States.

4. Not Covered

This warranty expressly excludes the following. Coverage does not apply to damage, malfunction, or failure caused by, connected with, or resulting from:

• Labor, installation, removal, re-installation, or lost time costs of any kind.
• Lost revenue, lost data, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential economic loss.
• Modification, repair, or alteration of the product by anyone other than ChargeSys, unless approved in writing by ChargeSys in advance.
• Improper installation, integration, operation, cleaning, or maintenance not performed in accordance with the ChargeSys Installation Guide and applicable application guides.
• Application of the solar panel to substrates or mounting surfaces not approved by ChargeSys or the panel manufacturer.
• Improper or negligent storage, transportation, or handling prior to or during installation.
• Physical or electrical stress, impact, misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, excessive wear and tear, intentional misconduct, or accidents.
• Damage or corrosion caused by incompatible substrates or mounting materials, including issues related to thermal expansion/contraction or water sealing properties of the mounting surface.
• Damage or corrosion due to environmental pollution, including soot, chemical vapors, fats, oils, acid rain, or salt water.
• Force majeure and events beyond ChargeSys's reasonable control, including power surges, lightning, fire, flooding, falling objects, wind in excess of 55 mph at 10 meters elevation, hail, storms, pests, animals, or people.
• Non-compliance with applicable national or local laws, codes, or regulations governing the installation or use of the product.
• Normal power output degradation within published tolerances (2%/year from rated Pmax at STC, absent physical damage or impact).
• Cosmetic deterioration — scratches, discoloration, or surface blemishes that do not negatively affect electrical function.
• Batteries, inverters, or third-party accessories not supplied by ChargeSys as part of the kit.
• Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

5. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, contact ChargeSys before returning any product:

• Provide your order number, date of purchase, product SKU, and a description of the defect.

ChargeSys will review the claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or processed. ChargeSys reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing any replacement.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Victron SmartSolar MPPT Controllers. Victron SmartSolar MPPT controllers included in permanent installation kits (ACV series) are covered under Victron Energy's own manufacturer warranty. ChargeSys makes no independent warranty as to these components beyond facilitating the purchaser's access to Victron's warranty process. Retain the original sales receipt as proof of purchase date. Bluetti Power Stations & Accessories. Bluetti products sold by ChargeSys are covered under Bluetti's own manufacturer warranty. ChargeSys will assist purchasers in initiating warranty claims with Bluetti. Retain the original sales receipt as proof of purchase date. 7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.

9. Product Identification & Warranty Verification

No product registration is required. ChargeSys uses shipping records and product serial numbers to verify product age and eligibility for warranty coverage. Solar panels and charge controllers carry individual serial numbers that serve as the primary means of identification. When submitting a warranty claim, the purchaser should provide the serial number of the affected component and, where available, a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation. ChargeSys reserves the right to determine product age and warranty status from its own shipping and sales records.
